Crawley, United Kingdom OCS Group Full time

**About The Role**:
Join OCS, a £2 billion facilities services business operating across the UK, Ireland, and the APAC regions, proudly serving tens of thousands of customers alongside our 130,000 colleagues. Our organisation is dedicated to positively impacting the world through our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. We are on a journey to become the best facilities services business in the world, striving to make people and places the best they can be.

At OCS, success is not only about profit but responsible business practices. Our focus on ESG reflects our dedication to sustainability, community engagement, and ethical decision-making. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness and reputation in line with our TRUE values - trust, respect, unity and empowerment.

Our vision is to lead the industry by delivering exceptional services that enhance people's well-being and environments. With your expertise and innovative approach to creativity and marketing communications output, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our brand narrative and elevate our presence in the market. Together, we will continue exceeding expectations, transforming the facilities services landscape while positively impacting the communities we serve.

The OCS Lead design role will be instrumental and influential in shaping how we communicate visually through graphics, infographics, animation, video and digital. You will work alongside the Marketing Communications (MarComms) function to push the boundaries of what we do and to set us apart, creating point-of-difference from our competitors.

We seek exceptional creativity, but we’re after a hybrid operator with an equal passion for detail and who exhausts the project to completion and outcome. You will be just as comfortable crafting a 24-page document as working on a conceptual sub-brand to launch into our new sector.

**Core Responsibilities & Skills**

- Lead, develop, and refine the visual designs across various platforms, including web, app, and interface, whilst managing the output of your content creation team. You will also provide guidance and leadership in design for the wider
- business, collaborating with any function requiring brand communications.
- Mentor and manage a dynamic design team, ensuring project timelines are met and quality is maintained.

- Ensure a high standard of output from your team and help to maintain consistency throughout the organisation - never holding back to maintain standards and strive for a higher benchmark in design.
- WordPress elements and create WordPress pages required by our marketing teams.
- Your role will mean that you’re up to date with the latest trends and what’s coming next. You’re already considering the benefits of AI and will guide us on how best to implement new design strategies, approaches and styles - always aligning back to our business goals and objectives.
