We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our team as a Senior Payroll Administrator. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the success of our business while developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients' payroll operations, providing expert guidance and support. You will be responsible for completing and owning the payroll processing cycle for allocated customers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all payroll processes and procedures, staying informed about current statutory and legislative compliance, and handling complex payroll queries escalated from clients.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Managing and coordinating payroll processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  • Providing technical advice and guidance on payroll-related matters, including statutory and legislative compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively and responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of payroll data.
