Job Title: Nursing Team Lead

Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited is seeking an experienced Nursing Team Lead to join our team at New Hall Hospital, Salisbury. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Nursing Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to management

Requirements:
To be successful as a Nursing Team Lead, you must have:
- Registration with the NMC including full compliance
- Ability to deliver high standards of patient care
- Previous clinical supervisory experience and background as a Ward Nurse

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, private pension, and free parking on site.
