Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Lead to manage and support our administrative team in Birmingham City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of administrators, ensuring smooth daily operations and high performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of administrators, ensuring high performance.
  • Create and maintain complex spreadsheets, analyse data, and provide insightful reports to support decision-making.
  • Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assign and monitor workload across the team, ensuring deadlines are met.

You will work closely with senior leadership to provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation. We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
