Résumé du Poste :
Le rôle consiste à assister l'équipe de gestion du nettoyage de Southwark dans la fourniture technique, l'organisation et la coordination des ressources en apportant tout le soutien administratif nécessaire.
Principales Responsabilités :
1. Fournir un soutien administratif aux services de nettoyage, d'entretien des espaces verts et d'arbres.
2. Saisie et traitement de données, classement et photocopie.
3. Réception, tri et distribution du courrier, ainsi que préparation du courrier sortant pour expédition.
4. Liaison interservices, y compris la fourniture et l'obtention d'informations d'autres sections.
5. Relations avec les clients en face à face et couverture de secours pour l'équipe des services d'hygiène.
6. Initiation de correspondance lorsque cela est approprié.
Expérience Essentielle Requise :
1. Expérience dans un rôle administratif, que ce soit dans le secteur privé ou public.
2. Compétence dans le développement et le maintien de systèmes et de procédures de gestion de bureau efficaces.
3. Expérience de travail au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire.
4. Capacité à communiquer efficacement, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
5. Capacité à prioriser efficacement et à respecter les délais face à des priorités conflictuelles.
6. Capacité à initier et à mener à bien des tâches de manière autonome tout en collaborant au sein d'une équipe.
7. Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et orales.
8. Capacité à produire des rapports complexes et à prendre des minutes de réunion (en notant les tâches clés, les responsabilités des participants et les points d'action découlant des réunions).
9. Compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles pour interagir avec une large gamme d'individus, tant en interne qu'en externe.
10. Capacité à saisir avec précision des données dans des systèmes d'entreprise.
11. Compétence dans l'utilisation et la production de documents à l'aide d'applications informatiques, y compris le traitement de texte, les tableurs et les bases de données.
12. Bien organisé avec la capacité de travailler dans des délais serrés et de gérer les priorités de l'entreprise.
Informations Supplémentaires :
36 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi.
En cas de circonstances exceptionnelles, possibilité de travailler en dehors des heures normales pour répondre à des urgences ou assister à des réunions.
