Senior Technical Services Manager

£60,000 - £64,000 + £5,200 car allowance
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Services Manager to lead our technical team at a large estate in Manchester.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and experience working in a healthcare environment with a good knowledge of HTM's. Alternatively, experience working on large complex commercial estates is desirable.
The role involves managing a team of Technical Services Managers, owning and managing engineering processes on site, and reporting and analysis of KPI's to identify improvements.
The ideal candidate will have good people management skills, strong strategic skills, and excellent communication skills. They will also have a positive and motivated attitude to create a culture of going the extra mile and continuous improvement in the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Management of 2 Technical Services Managers
- Owning and managing engineering processes on site
- Reporting and analysis of KPI's
- Strategic management of the team
- Working towards net zero targets
- Working closely with HTM's
- Attending high-level meetings
- Mechanical or electrical background
- Experience working in a healthcare environment or large complex commercial estates
- PFI experience highly advantageous
- Good people management skills
- Strong strategic skills
