Senior Care Professional

Becoming a key member of the Service Care Solutions Ltd team, you will be responsible for supporting Adults and Carers in the local community as an Assistant Care Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact and contribute to delivering exceptional care services.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within Health and Social Care, particularly with Adults and Carers. You will be required to conduct assessments in line with relevant legislation, policy, and procedures, providing practical advice, support, and information to those who need it most.
In this role, you will work closely with Adults and Carers, understanding their unique needs and circumstances. Your ability to provide empathy, guidance, and resources will be essential in helping them navigate complex systems and access necessary support.
As an Assistant Care Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. With a focus on delivering high-quality care services, you will be encouraged to think creatively and collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
With an estimated salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum based on 36 hours per week at £23 umbrella an hour (£18 PAYE an hour), this is a competitive package that reflects the importance of your role in our team.
