The Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Clinical Lead to oversee the newly redesigned Women's Secure Pathway. This role is part of a series of service developments, including a virtual women's secure blended service and women's outreach service.
About the RoleThis is a 12-hour per week position that requires a registered clinician with experience in leadership roles within forensic mental health. The successful candidate will have a track record of involving and motivating staff to improve patient experience and service performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership for the Women's Secure Pathway, with a focus on care pathways into, through, and out of secure and forensic services for women.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders in the redesign of services.
- Experience of using new ways of working to modernize services without additional resources.
- Measurable track record in involving and motivating staff to improve performance.
- Management qualification or professional qualification (RMN, OT, Psychologist or Social Worker) or equivalent level of experience and proven ability to perform at this level.
- Professional registration in health/social care profession (GMC, NMC, HCPC or SWE).
- Significant experience of and demonstrable achievement in a consultant or professional lead role within forensic mental health.
