Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of evidenced-based nursing care for patients.
  • Contribute to setting and maintaining high standards of quality nursing care.
  • Act as Nurse in Charge, coordinating shifts and supporting team members.
  • Provide clinical and professional guidance to students and learners on placement.
  • Administer medication, perform clinical procedures, and maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and ability to use manual handling equipment.
  • Understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality clinical nursing care.
