As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a variety of clinics, including Ophthalmology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Gynaecology, and ENT.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of evidenced-based nursing care for patients.
- Contribute to setting and maintaining high standards of quality nursing care.
- Act as Nurse in Charge, coordinating shifts and supporting team members.
- Provide clinical and professional guidance to students and learners on placement.
- Administer medication, perform clinical procedures, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Valid NMC registration.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
- Basic knowledge of IT and ability to use manual handling equipment.
- Understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality clinical nursing care.
