Senior Design Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to join our regional design management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the management and control of the design process for high-profile, new-build construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement design proposals that meet project requirements
* Manage and coordinate the design team to ensure timely delivery of designs and proposals
* Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to ensure alignment with project goals
* Ensure quality management and control throughout the design process
* Develop and implement design deliverables programming and sustainability management

**Requirements**

* Tier 1 main contractor background or larger regional contractor background
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD knowledge is a plus
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
