About the Role

Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager to join their team on a high-end high-rise development in Leeds. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for leading the technical and design aspects of the project.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of design management and senior design roles within a similar-sized main contractor environment. You will have excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and work to strict build programmes and deadlines.

The company offers a competitive salary, car allowance, mileage, private healthcare, and an excellent employer pension contribution. You will also receive 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the Design Director
  • Leading the technical and design aspects of the project
  • Working on a 22m high-rise student accommodation project
Requirements
  • Proven track record of design management and senior design roles
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Ability to work to strict build programmes and deadlines
