About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Fountains, a high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men with severe and enduring mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for individuals with complex needs.
  • Offer guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, including reporting on medical and welfare needs as required.
  • Safeguard individuals and maintain a safe, clean environment.

  • A competitive starting salary of £12, rising to £12.25 after 6 months probation and £12.50 after 18 months service.
