As a Wheelchair Assistance Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need to regain their mobility.

Core Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers with wheelchair and equipment hire
  • Operate our computer-based stock control system to track inventory
  • Provide clear guidance on equipment usage and safety procedures
  • Efficiently process payments and donations from clients

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to physically handle wheelchairs and mobility equipment
  • Desirable: Previous customer-facing experience, effective communication skills, and basic computer proficiency
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Commit to a regular schedule
