About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Brooks Automation. As a key member of our Global Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fully integrated marketing communications strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive content marketing strategy to position Brooks as a leader in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Establish strong relationships with business partners to facilitate efficient marketing workflows and ensure measurable ROI.
  • Drive accountability and consistency across all marketing campaigns to ensure deadlines and budget are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communications strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer-centricity.
