  1. Develop aspirational support plans for residents.
  2. Implement safe systems of work, including personal safety and lone working.
  3. Manage incidents and accidents effectively, adhering to policies and regulatory notifications.
  4. Enhance service user experience through effective complaints management.
  5. Lead safeguarding practices, ensuring effective reporting and professional relationships with the safeguarding team.
