Job Overview:
The Birmingham City Football Club plc is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Youth Development Coach. This permanent position offers the chance to work closely with top-tier staff and develop key relationships within the football community.

About the Role:
This role involves evaluating player talent and providing detailed reports on identified players. You will work as an integral member of the scouting network to identify players with potential to represent BCFC. Your duties will include recruiting across development phases in line with Emerging Talent strategy, succession plan, and target areas/positions.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate player talent and provide detailed reports on identified players.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships within grassroots clubs, private coaching organizations, schools, districts, county, and international associations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting documentation is submitted to the Head of Emerging Talent.

Requirements:
This role requires a valid FA Safeguarding certification and a valid Driving License. You must be able to work within a team and foster good working relationships.

Estimated Salary: £8,500 per annum
