Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Director of Distressed Assets to lead our approach to higher risk and non-performing exposures in our Real Estate Finance business. This role involves developing and implementing a governance framework, as well as hands-on management of specific exposures requiring intensive monitoring and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop policies, procedures, and committees to manage distressed/non-performing exposures effectively.
- Manage debt recovery processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Work closely with peers to develop an operating platform for efficient management of impaired cases.

Essential Skills:
- Strong credit underwriting experience in the UK Real Estate Finance market.
- Ability to present complex information succinctly, enabling key stakeholders to make informed decisions.
