Teaching Assistant Role

Academics Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at an Aylesbury Secondary School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing cover supervision and support to pupils during lessons when teachers are absent.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of education, ideally to degree level, and previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or working with young people. They should possess a calm and confident manner, with a positive and flexible approach, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Manage behaviour and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- SUPPORT Pupil learning and engage students in activities.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, pupils, and other school staff.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £29,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
