We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or unqualified teachers who want to gain experience in the classroom and explore their passion for teaching.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the behavior of the class, ensuring pupils stay on task and complete cover work, utilizing your graduate knowledge in a positive way, and enabling the learning of pupils. You will have the support of our experienced consultants who will guide and coach you every step of the way.

The Ideal Candidate

">

We are seeking someone with a passion for helping young people learn, a degree (not essential), and previous experience in a Cover Supervisor role or working with children with SEN would be desirable. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to pay for a new one is also required.
