About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading brand in the accessories and apparel industry, is looking for a talented Multi-Product Accessories and Apparel Specialist to join their team in North London. As a key member of the design team, you will play a crucial role in setting trend direction and developing unique and creative products.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with licensed brands, proficiency in Adobe packages, and a strong understanding of the design and development process. This role offers a challenging and rewarding environment where you can utilize your skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the design manager to set trend direction
  • Collaborating with major retailers to design and develop products
  • Creating bespoke packaging for products
  • Developing unique and creative ranges
  • Drawing up CADs using Adobe Illustrator
  • Liaising with suppliers in the Far East
  • Tracking and monitoring product development
  • Taking ownership of accounts and meeting deadlines
  • Conducting competitor research
  • Closely working with other stakeholders
  • Uploading designs for approvals
  • Flagging issues and resolving technical queries

Requirements

  • Creative with a commercial eye
  • Strong print and graphic design skills
  • Experience working with licensed ranges
  • Proficient in Adobe packages, especially Adobe Illustrator
  • Understanding of the design and development process
  • Able to prioritize workload and complete tasks efficiently

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £40,000, based on experience, along with a 20% bonus scheme. The role offers flexible work arrangements, with 50 days of work-from-home flexibility. Our client values motivated team players with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
