We are now seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving recognition and sales for our fall protection products and services. If you have a passion for sales, a solid understanding of business principles, and excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Description

">

The successful candidate will work at the forefront of the business, generating and following up on sales opportunities from assigned leads and proactive outreach. You will attend site visits, prepare quotations, develop strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive growth beyond individual deals.

Key Requirements

">
  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities and building strong relationships with clients;
  • Able to interpret technical information and drawings;
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • A full UK Driving Licence;
  • Willingness to travel for onsite visits;
  • Additional security screening may be required (e.g., DBS check).

In return, the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £35-40k basic DOE + Excellent Commission Structure, as well as benefits including:
