Senior Manager of Performance and Compliance

Are you an expert in business performance management and business transformation? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Performance & Compliance Senior Manager.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a highly skilled team focused on monitoring end-to-end profitability, leading initiatives to optimize our bottom line performance, and implementing a data-driven decision culture within Mid-Market.
You'll also support and strengthen compliance with all external regulations and internal policies in close collaboration with the EBS Performance Team and Mid-Market Leadership Team.

As a Performance & Compliance Senior Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a suite of IT equipment to ensure you can work remotely comfortably and effectively.
Regular travel will be required to our London and Exeter offices.
Key Responsibilities
Strengthen Compliance across the Mid-Market organization by building and implementing a Customer/TPI E2E Profitability model to steer Mid-Market decisions.
Lead initiatives and implement actions to optimize Mid-Market net profitability.
Centralize reporting and dashboard needs to ensure a single source of truth.
Represent Mid-Market at performance-related meetings with varying business area leadership teams.
Improve understanding across Mid-Market of all external compliance obligations and be responsible for a database of Supplier Licence Conditions.
Ensure all (MM applicable) compliance obligations are implemented and monitored across Mid-Market processes.
Act as the first point of contact for Mid-Market regarding compliance-related questions and potential irregularities.
Increase awareness and improve MM respect of different existing internal policies and regulations.
Build and maintain a highly skilled, high-performing team of professionals.
Requirements
Educated to degree level.
Relevant experience in business performance management/business planning and commercial intelligence/business transformation.
Strong planning skills, excellent organizational skills, and a high attention to detail.
Excellent people leadership skills, with strong coaching, development, and communication skills.
Ability to provide inspirational and inclusive direction and leadership to motivate teams.
