Lead Veterinary Team Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced and skilled veterinary surgeon to lead a collaborative team of 4-5 vets at a well-equipped hospital in Northeast London.
The role combines leadership with clinical responsibilities, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and building strong client relationships. We offer accommodation if required.
Our hospital is strategically located just a 3-minute walk from the Central Line, providing excellent transport links into central London. The nearby Hertfordshire and Essex countryside offers scenic areas, with Epping Forest nearby, making it a prime location for both city access and natural beauty.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multi-vet team alongside the Clinical Director, upholding high clinical standards.
- Balance general practice consultation and surgery days with a protected weekly admin day.
- Conduct thorough assessments of cases and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Mentor and support junior staff while working collaboratively within the team.
- Ensure all treatments align with established protocols.
- A passion for collaboration, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to take on a leadership role.
- Confidence in mentoring colleagues, prioritising clinical tasks, and maintaining excellence in patient and client care.
