We are recruiting for a Homeless Support Worker - Drug and Alcohol Services position within our team in Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Job Description

This role involves working as part of a larger integrated drug and alcohol service, focusing on supporting individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to substance misuse. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver effective outreach support, empowering clients to achieve stability and independence.

To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of homelessness, assessment, care planning, and key working. Experience working with substance misuse clients is crucial, along with knowledge of health and safety principles. A full UK driving licence and own transport are also required, as you will need to travel across Cornwall.
