We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Youth Care Specialist to join our team at Precise Recruitment Services Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to work with children and young people in a residential care setting.
- Provide high-quality support to residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional needs are met.
- Foster a nurturing environment, promoting positive behaviours and emotional development.
- Assist in implementing individual care plans tailored to each child or young person's specific needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive support.
- Develop trusting relationships with residents, encouraging open communication and expression of feelings.
- Support residents in developing life skills and promoting independence as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and incidents, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in residential care or a similar role supporting children and young people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and professionals.
