Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft 365
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Active Directory user management and Entra ID user management experience
