Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flexi Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed in line with nursery demands. You will also support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS, engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities, and encouraging their development towards key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS
- Engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities
- Encouraging children's development towards key milestones
- Maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children (ideal but not essential)
- A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- The ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- A sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
