Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Early Years Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating engaging learning experiences for young children, promoting their development, and building strong relationships with parents.

Salary Details:
The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £27,875.20-£32,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Key aspects of the role include planning and delivering high-quality education programs, conducting assessments, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification. Previous experience working within the Early Years sector is also essential. Additionally, you should have a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be able to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents.
