Child Development Professional

MP Training and Recruitment is seeking a Child Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the minds of young children by providing engaging and educational experiences that promote their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Child Development Professional, you will support nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS framework, ensuring children's safety, health, and well-being throughout the day. You will also work as part of a larger team to maintain high hygiene standards, prepare rooms, and promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, as well as previous experience working with children in a nursery setting. Excellent communication skills are also essential, enabling you to effectively interact with both children and adults.
