Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled social worker to join our team at Enfield Council, responsible for delivering high-quality services to children and young people. The successful candidate will possess strong assessment and planning skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in statutory settings.
About the Position:
- Deliver quality-assured services to meet the needs of children and young people
- Collaborate with families, partners, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload to maintain efficient service delivery
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective intervention plans to address complex issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to inform service improvement and reporting
- Engage with local communities to promote awareness and understanding of available services
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified social worker with a degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification recognized by Social Work England
- Over 2 years' experience working with vulnerable children and their families in statutory settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
Salary and Benefits:
