Job Description:

At Evans Cycles, we're seeking a highly motivated Cycling Team Leader to join our retail team. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.

• Develop a deep knowledge of bicycles and accessories to provide expert advice and assistance to customers.

• Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records.

• Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively.

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

• Train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cycling or outdoor sports industry.

• A passion for cycling and a deep knowledge of bicycles and accessories.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
