Sugarman Health & Wellbeing are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people's lives.

We offer a competitive salary of £13 per hour, with enhanced rates on Bank Holidays. We also provide flexible working arrangements to suit your availability, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a lucrative refer-a-friend scheme.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting a male service user in his own home. You will work closely with the existing care team to ensure that he can live as independently as possible, while also feeling part of the community. Your duties will include getting involved in activities, ensuring his health needs are met, and supporting him to achieve his goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude, be willing to learn and take on new challenges, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to attend the Management of Actual or Potential Aggression (MAPA) training provided by Sugarman Health & Wellbeing.
