Hospital Care Team Member

As a Hospital Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of nursing care, adhering to Trust Policies and Procedures.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000, depending on your level of experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide Health Promotion Education to patients and carers, empowering them to take control of their health and well-being.

Maintaining accurate records and participating in regular team meetings are essential aspects of this role.
