Job Description

We are seeking a young and ambitious Management Trainee to support our team in various departments. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to identify and pitch potential Parcelly Locations, analyze data, and take notes during meetings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pitching potential Parcelly Locations
  • Assisting businesses through the onboarding process
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing Parcelly Locations
  • Managing partner interactions using Parcelly's proprietary tech and CRM tools
  • Providing Customer Service to business partners and individual customers
  • Providing operational, administrative, and product testing support to other departments

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for business, tech, logistics, or e-commerce
  • Organized, diligent, and hard-working
  • Enthusiastic supporter of local businesses
  • Strong eagerness to learn and work with various departments in the company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
