Job Title: Creative Media Part Time Lecturer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lecturer in Creative Media to join our team at a leading Further Education College in Merseyside.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time temporary role to start as soon as possible, although part-time will also be considered. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging lessons in areas such as game development, animation, interactive media, and digital design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons on Creative Media and Games Design, focusing on Level 3 curriculum requirements.
  • Support students in developing strong portfolios and preparing for higher education or careers in the creative industries.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Creative Media, Games Design, or a related field.
  • Teaching qualification preferred not essential (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
  • Industry experience in games design, animation, or digital media production (preferred).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software.
  • A passion for creativity, technology, and education, with a commitment to supporting student growth.
  • Experience working with Level 3 learners or similar age groups is desirable.
