Salary Details

The estimated salary for this KS2 Teacher role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.

Job Brief

We are seeking a passionate and committed KS2 Teacher to join our team, planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons adapted to meet the needs of students with Autism and SEMH.

You will work closely with SEN specialists, teaching assistants, and other staff to provide effective support to students.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress
  • Collaborating with staff to develop and implement IEPs
  • Providing constructive feedback to students and colleagues

Requirements and Benefits

To be successful as a KS2 Teacher, you must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience teaching at the KS2 level, ideally within an SEN or alternative provision setting, is also essential.

A thorough understanding of Autism and SEMH and their impact on learning is required.

A commitment to inclusive education and a passion for working with children with special educational needs are also necessary.
