Corporate/Commercial Solicitor Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law, with the ability to assist fee-earning colleagues with their caseload. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with company acquisitions, including management buy-outs and company re-organisation.
  • Preparing and negotiating commercial contracts, including Shareholders Agreements and Consultancy Agreements.
  • Joint Venture Agreements and company mergers.
Person Specification:
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work within office targets, budgets, and billing requirements.
