Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Clear IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law and be capable of assisting a fee earning with their caseload, working both independently and also as part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Company acquisitions (assets and shares) including management buy-outs.
• Company re-organisation, company mergers.
• Shareholders Agreement.
• Consultancy Agreement.
• Joint Venture Agreements.
• Preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Person Specification:

• Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent management, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in IT.
• Polite and professional manner.
