We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Facility Supervisor (Caretaker) to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our Facility Services and Civic Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional caretaking services to our clients across Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaners and caretakers to ensure high-quality services are delivered
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and maintain facilities, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure facilities are well-maintained and safe for use
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a comprehensive range of services, including building cleaning, caretaking, and welfare catering
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in facilities management and caretaking
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
