Job Title: Mechanical Project Coordinator

Join our dynamic Mechanical Contracting team, renowned for its commitment to excellence and quality delivery. As a Mechanical Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the Estimating department, working on a diverse range of projects across the UK.

This exciting opportunity involves estimating and pricing projects up to £400K, using your expertise in Mechanical aspects, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and pipework. You will collaborate closely with the Director and the Estimating team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately estimate and price Mechanical projects, providing detailed financial forecasts.
  • Work collaboratively with the Estimating team to achieve project objectives.
  • Pricing up all Mechanical aspects of projects, with a focus on plumbing and pipework components.
  • Contribute to projects across various sectors, including Commercial, Industrial, and Retail.
  • Utilize industry-leading software and technology to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Mechanical Project Coordinator, you should have relevant experience within the Building Services Sector, preferably as a Small Works Mechanical Estimator, HVAC Estimator, or an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator.

We are particularly interested in candidates holding HNC/HND qualifications in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
