Job Overview

As a Telecoms Field Engineer with CV Library, you will be responsible for the on-site installation and configuration of customer solutions across the UK. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of customer networking equipment at various locations across the UK. Additionally, they will provide out-of-hours and on-call assistance to customers and perform site audits and wireless surveys as required.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a solid understanding of WAN, SDWAN, Voice, and Meraki Wireless technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-site installation of customer solutions, including WAN and VoIP systems
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of customer networking equipment
  • Providing out-of-hours and on-call assistance to customers
  • Performing site audits and wireless surveys as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, telecommunications)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of WAN, SDWAN, Voice, and Meraki Wireless technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
