Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team at Infraspec. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the financial and administrative aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and manage risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timelines align with objectives.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, track expenditures, and perform cost forecasting.
  • Identify and monitor risks, ensure compliance with standards, and implement quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in project controls, preferably on major construction programmes.
  • Experience using planning and reporting software, such as Primavera P6, MS Projects, or Asta Power Projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Effective communication and written skills, with the ability to work within a cross-functional project team.
