**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled SEN English Educator to join our dedicated team at Benton House School. As a member of our multi-professional team, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality education service to our students with complex needs, including SEMH.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and deliver individualized education programs, ensuring students' progress and development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the School Development Plan, aligning with Company policies and procedures.
  • Promote students' physical, educational, and moral development, adhering to Company policies.
  • Develop and implement individual education plans, individual behavior plans, and other relevant plans in conjunction with colleagues.
  • Ensure the safety of students, adhering to risk assessments, while on and off site.
  • Work with Learning Support Assistants, Tutors, and Instructors to provide effective resources and teaching aids.
  • Manage challenging behavior, enabling students to develop self-control.
