- Online Event Support
- Support the Marketing and BD team with online events and platforms.
- Email Marketing
- Support the team with the creation of engaging email marketing templates and technical queries.
- Support with email mailings and mailing lists when required.
- Video Marketing
- Support and edit videos for digital marketing purposes when required.
- General Online and Digital Support
- Update firm-wide email tails, including design and promotional aspects.
- Work with external photographers to coordinate staff headshot photoshoots and distribute files internally.
- Keep up to date with current digital trends.
- Coordinate digital marketing meetings.
- Support with online listings.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who has started their career and is now looking to expand their breadth of digital marketing experience. You will have experience and an understanding of CMS platforms, Google Analytics, social media channels, online advertising, and how they are used.
You will have strong attention to detail when it comes to producing and proofreading digital content, as you know how important it is to make a good impression with all our marketing communications.
Desirable skills include technical experience with Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, as well as practical experience with WordPress websites and plugins, including basic knowledge of HTML code.
