About Our Team:

National Star College's Matrixcare supported accommodation in Malvern provides a supportive environment for four men with learning disabilities. As a Care & Support Worker, you will join a dedicated team of 12 staff members who are committed to delivering exceptional care and support.

The successful candidate will work alternate weekends, alternating between early shifts on Saturdays (7am - 2pm) and late shifts on Sundays (2pm - 9 or 9:30pm). You may also have opportunities to pick up overtime hours during the week to cover absences.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities

">

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individualized care plans

">

Develop strong relationships with service users and their families

">

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A background in healthcare or social care is desirable but not essential.

Salary and Benefits:
