Job Title: Planning Support Administrator

Key Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Support Administrator to join our team at Kings Security. This role will provide operational support to our Quidvis Operations Manager and assist the planning team in scheduling for our field-based fire risk assessment team across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the effective planning of all assessors, making appointments for the Assessment team, and liaising with assessors to ensure they are on track with their schedules. Additionally, they will provide support to our clients on the Quidvis RMS system, perform administrative and clerical tasks, and deal with initial client inquiries.

Essential Requirements for the job:

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
  • Great Communication skills written verbal
  • Able to prioritize workload alongside changing business needs
  • Problem assessment and resolution
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of all relevant software
