Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer

A leading FM company with contracts in Hospitals, high-end offices, and other commercial buildings, is seeking an experienced Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer based in Victoria, London. The successful candidate will be paid up to £47k basic, dependent on experience, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including PPM and breakdown calls on electrical plant, emergency lighting checks, battery drain downs, lamping, and small remedial works on electrical power.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PPM and breakdown calls on electrical plant
  • Conduct emergency lighting checks
  • Carry out battery drain downs
  • Lamp and perform small remedial works on electrical power
  • Complete basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU's, AHU's
Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge in building services
  • Electrical qualification and understanding of building services PPM's
  • Ability to learn and progress career
  • Living within a commutable distance of Victoria, London
