Job Title: Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer

A leading Facilities Management company with contracts in Hospitals, high-end offices, and other commercial buildings is seeking an experienced Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer based in Victoria, London.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Static Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing PPM and breakdown calls on electrical plant, emergency lighting checks, battery drain downs, lamping, and small remedial works on electrical power.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PPM and breakdown calls on electrical plant
  • Conduct emergency lighting checks
  • Carry out battery drain downs
  • Lamp and perform small remedial works on electrical power
  • Complete basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCUs, AHUs
Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge in building services
  • Electrical qualification and understanding of building services PPMs
  • Ability to learn and progress career
  • Living within a commutable distance of Victoria, London
