We are a full-service digital marketing agency working exclusively with ethical and sustainable brands, communicating the modern, ethical consumer. The key areas of our business include Digital Marketing, Web Design, Video & photography Production, SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Graphic Design, Branding and IT Solutions.

As we enter an important period of rapid growth and expansion across the group, multiple key hires are being made to help us reach new heights. We are currently acquiring agencies across the UK, EU and US, creating a 1000+ headcount, full-service agency group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Film videos in required locations (in office, client shoots, speaking events etc)
  • Ensure equipment is available and operational to a high standard
  • Assisting the media team with pre and post production tasks, making the whole process as seamless as possible
  • Contributing to all editing of footage in post-production
  • Handling sound design and mixing
  • Trimming, cutting and mixing pre existing material captured by the team
  • Liaise with our CEO and cross departmental colleagues regularly, ensuring we are all working towards a common goal

Key Experience:

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team to create quality content
  • Track record of producing media content for social platforms and high level audience engagement
  • Basic grading skills in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of post-production techniques
  • Strong editorial knowledge and experience
  • Experience in the marketing industry is strongly encouraged
