Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our construction site in Bideford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating sub-contract trades to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintaining high quality standards and compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Providing excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with site teams
  • Ensuring site tickets are up to date, including SMSTS, First aid at work & CSCS card
